The “May K ka sa ARMM” Program of the Office of the Regional Governor seeks to address the remaining gaps and challenges on inequity in the delivery of basic socio-economic services and provide direct basic socio-economic assistance mechanism to constituencies of ARMM. ISKOLAR is the scholarship component of the said program.

Formerly the Registered Nurses for Health Enhancement and Local Service (RNHEALS) Program, the Nurse Deployment Project 2014 (NDP) will employ deserving registered nurses as Nurse I, to be counted as a government service providers through a contract entitling them to receive Salary Grade 11, which is more that P 18,000 monthly. There are almost 800 slots for the whole ARMM. The nurses will be assigned in areas which need more health service providers like district hospitals, barangay health stations, rural health units and birthing homes around the province.
